The Tigers are thinking about hiring a personal PR representative for Seung Hwan Oh.  Hanshin was originally planning to hire one person to be Oh's personal interpreter and PR rep, but may end up hiring a separate individual to handle what could end up being a very large number of media requests.  They will see how things go between the time he arrives in Japan later this month and the end of spring camp.  Scout Norifumi Yamamoto is also expected to help out during spring camp.

According to Tokyo Sports, the Tigers do not want to apply any unnecessary pressure on Oh by looking at him as the player to replace Kyuji Fujikawa, even though they assigned him his number, twenty-two.
