Tomoyuki Sugano will spend the next three weeks or so working out at the Fischer Institute in Arizona.

According to Tokyo Sports, there are some in the organization that are concerned about Takuya Asao's attempt to get his 150 km/h fastball back this off-season.  They feel he should not be so concerned about velocity and are worried he might re-injure himself.
