According to a report by the Chosun Ilbo (with information from Nikkan Sports), the Softbank Hawks are finalizing a two-year deal with Dae-Ho Lee that includes an option for a third year.
To breakdown the contract:
Signing bonus - 50 million yen
2014 - 400 million yen + 50-200 million incentives
2015 - 500 million yen + 50-200 million incentives
2016 - 500 million yen + 50-200 million incentives (Lee controls the option)
Total value of contract - 1.45 billion yen guaranteed, assuming Lee stays with the Hawks in 2016.
Including incentives, the final contract could be worth anywhere from 1.6 billion yen to 2.05 billion yen.
The two sides are still reportedly working on the option year and the incentives.

Team official Kazuo Ogawa told reporters they signed a two-year deal with Lee. The deal is worth an estimated total 900 million yen that could balloon out to an estimated maximum three billion yen.
