NPB Commissioner Katsuhiko Kumazaki believes Dragons' General Manager Hiromitsu Ochiai's coaching actions need to be carefully considered.  He also believes one of the problems with the current baseball agreement is that some sections leave too much room for interpretation.

"Is there no problem because it was coincidental?  That kind of thinking is a possibility.  But is that ok?  I am carefully thinking things through," Kumazaki said.  "There are sections in the agreement that are ambiguous.  What can be done to make it reflect what the reality is?  Revisions are a possibility, based on circumstances.  We have an actual case this time, it is important to carefully consider the big picture."
