The Swallows visited Naminoue Shrine on Friday to pray for a safe and healthy spring camp.  There were also light workouts in the morning and a team meeting in the afternoon.

Wladimir Balentien worked out on his first day in Okinawa on Thursday.  Workouts included batting practice (fifty-seven swings against a pitching machine and thirty-eight against a batting practice pitcher) and playing catch with a first baseman's mitt.
