Yusei Kikuchi is coming back from left shoulder problems. The coaches do not want to rush him and will probably hold off on having him pitch in any type of game until March.

The coaches are actually thinking about sending all their regular everyday players back to Kanto to continue their training at the Tokorozawa facilities. Haruki Ihara does not want to rush the regular everyday players too much and does not think they have a lot to gain by playing in games in February.
