The media in Japan has been throwing around rumors about Yu Darvish being in a "heated" relationship with Fuji TV reporter Ayako Kato. The rumor was originally reported by Sponichi on Tuesday and arose when the paper caught the two eating dinner at a restaurant in Tokyo. Darvish has since tweeted that the rumor was reported without any confirmation from him and that he did not plan on answering questions from Sponichi during Spring Training. He also denied the rumor.
