Shinobu Fukuhara and Seung Hwan Oh will most likely be the two pitchers relies on for the 8th and 9th innings.  The two will most likely be used in that fashion during the intra-squad game on the 20th.  They are also scheduled to pitch in the same order during a practice game against LG on the 25th.

Tsuyoshi Nishioka swung the bat 105 times during workouts on Monday (from both sides of the plate).  He also threw the ball at full-strength while playing catch.  He is making his way back from inflammation in his right elbow.  He told reporters he was fine and that it was not necessary to make his injury sound a lot worse than it really was.

Development Coach Masayuki Kakefu returned to Osaka on the 16th from Okinawa.  He returned to Kochi on the 17th and will rejoin Aki camp on the 18th.  He will remember in Kochi through to the end of Aki camp.

Kakefu really likes the progress Ryota Imanari and Issei Morita have made and named Imanari his main MVP, based on what he saw during the four days he spent at Ginowan camp.
