KBO umpire Ki-Joong Lee (李基中) called balls and strikes during Tuesday's practice game against LG.  He spoke to the Japanese media and explained that when they sent the MLB footage of Oh's delivery in the past, they were told it was not a problem because the left foot only seemed to drag along the ground.  He also said NPB umpires reached out to them about the stride and they answered with the same information they received from the MLB.

NPB umpires have yet to make an official decision on Oh's delivery.

"The winter Oh turned pro, we sent the MLB film of his delivery and they told us there were no problems.  There were no problems during the Olympics or the WBC.  That is what we said to the NPB when they contacted us," said Lee.
