Umpire Technical Chairman and member of the baseball rules committee Osamu Ino spoke to reporters on Wednesday after watching the Hanshin-Softbank game and said he did not notice any problems with Seung Hwan Oh's motion.  He also said their concerns with Oh were not about him using a two-stage delivery, but rather about fluidity.
