Rakuten Eagles

  • Senichi Hoshino thinks it might be good for the fans if teams could "hide" their starters at least once every season on opening day.  Source: Nikkan Sports 3/7/2014

Seibu Lions

Chiba Lotte Marines

  • The Marines signed a business partnership with the Fukui Miracle Elephants (BC League).  Under the agreement, Lotte will send Katsuo So to Fukui as a training coach for the 2014 season.  Source: official announcement
