Yomiuri Giants

Hiroshima Carp

  • Kila Ka'aihue (back) played in a Ni-gun game against Hanshin at Naruohama on Thursday.  He started at first and batted fifth.  He went 1-for-3 with a walk.  He is scheduled to return to the active roster on Saturday. Chunichi Dragons

  • Kazuki Yoshimi (right elbow) is slated to pitch in his second Ni-gun rehab game on the 9th against Softbank.  He will go about three innings.  He is expected to pitch in at least four Ni-gun rehab games before making his way to the active roster.  If things go smoothly, he could be called up to start a game against Orix at Nagoya Dome on the 29th. Yokohama Bay Stars
