"The pain started during the first-half of spring camp and I got treatment for it and I played through the pain because there were no problems.  But the situation has not improved and I am in no shape to play.  It is starting to affect my swing.  It is pain like I have never felt before.  I know there is something wrong," Milledge said to reporters.
