Kawashima was the only swallow playing good defense at short…not sure the trade was worth it

The Swallows have had a lot of trouble with pitching. This was a deal they probably felt they had to make. Losing a decent glove up the middle might hurt, but with Tateyama out and Ogawa coming back from an injury, pitching may have been the bigger priority in their eyes.

This could end up hurting the Swallows more than the Hawks, but it could also end up working out fairly well for either team.

I ll wait and see, not sure the pitchers they got will bring anything… who would trade good pitchers anyway,it s too rare to trade
