Rakuten Eagles

  • The Eagles will play their last game of the season at kobo Stadium (some time after October 5) because their game against Orix was rained out on Thursday. They were set to play their last game against Nippon Ham at Sapporo Dome on October 5. Source: Nikkan Sports 9/11/2014

  • The Lions raised 1,373,930 yen for the Japan Cancer Society through a charity auction they held in May that was a part of their Lions Happy Mother's Day event. The total also includes a portion of the sales of limited edition sweat bands worn by the players. Source: Sponichi 9/11/2014
  • The Lions also raised 282,000 yen for the World Food Programme through their WFP Walk the World in Seibu Dome event on May 31.

Chiba Lotte Marines
