[11/5/2014] Pacific League looking to expand its reach

The Pacific League Marketing Corporation (PLM) is sending representatives to the Taipei International Travel Fair as a way to tap into the Taiwanese tourism market in Japan.

The PLM is also working on a broadcast agreement with a cable company in Mexico that includes rights to highlight clips for news shows and full games. If an agreement is reached, people living in Mexico might be able to watch twenty to thirty games next year. The PLM is also planning to push into the TV markets in the Dominican Republic and Venezuela.
