  • Intra-squad game on Wednesday: Hiroya Shimamoto (Ikusei) tossed a shutout inning in relief. He allowed an infield hit and walked one.   • Pitching coach Kiyooki Nakanishi told reporters on Tuesday that 1st round draft pick Yuya Yokoyama will only be allowed to attend Ichi-gun spring camp after coaches have had a chance to check on his conditioning.
