Yomiuri Giants

  • Hideki Matsui is still very much in the mix as a future managerial candidate. Tatsunori Hara will be in the final year of a two-year deal next season. The Giants have not ruled out another extension, but will also consider other options. Matsui will most likely be one of them. Yoshinobu Takahashi is also thought to be a future managerial candidate.
