  • Second round draft pick Yuma Mune, seventh round draft pick Masahiro Nishino, and eighth round draft pick Yuya Oda had a chance to take batting practice in front of Ichiro Suzuki on Wednesday.   • The Eagles are not planning to draw any distinct lines between Ichi-gun and Ni-gun players during the first thirteen days of spring camp. Groups will be set based on need: players that need work (like more running, more throwing, more swinging) will be sent to Nakazato camp and players that show improvement will be sent to Kumejima camp.
