Yakult Swallows

  • Yoshihisa Naruse started a Kyoiku League game against Seibu on March 4. He did not allow a run over three innings, but did give up three hits. Kyohei Muranaka followed Naruse. He entered the game in the 4th and did not allow a run or a hit over three innings of work. He threw fifty-three pitches, walked three, struck out three, and topped out at 144km/h.
