Softbank Hawks

  • Daisuke Matsuzaka could make his first regular season start on March 31 against Orix at YafuOku Dome. He will most likely get two more pre-season starts before then: exhibition game on March 17 against Lotte at YafuOku Dome and Ni-gun game on March 24 against Orix.Source: Nikkan Sports 3/11/2015

Nippon Ham Fighters

  • Kyoiku League game against Rakuten on March 10: Hiroshi Kisanuki pitched four innings in relief and gave up a run on two hits. Kisanuki went thirteen days in between games because of fatigue. Source: Sports Hochi 3/11/2015
  • About thirty players and staff, including Dai-Kang Yoh, Jeremy Hermida, Kensuke Tanaka, Haruki Nishikawa, Naoki Miyanishi, and Naoyuki Uwasawa, were stuck in Sapporo after their flight to Tokyo on March 10 was canceled due to snow.
