      I wish I could provide more information, but there really isn’t much being said about the discussions right now.

    It says that Daikan Yoh is interested in Hanshin but also says that they already have 4 foreign players. I’m guessing Yoh wouldn’t go there to play in the minors so does he not count as a foreign player?
