The Yakult Swallows seem to have a fairly tough schedule set for fall camp.
According to Nikkan Sports, pitchers were required to walk the distance from Botchan Stadium to the team hotel after practice on Thursday (about 8km in distance). And there are plans for light exercise on the team's days off.
In general, it seems the player's day begins at 7:30am with calisthenics, then moves on to weight training at 9am, and full practice at 10am. And beginning today, evening practice sessions for position players are supposed to begin, and that's with an 11pm curfew, which will apparently be closely monitored. And players that miss curfew could be fined as much as 100,000 yen.
