  • The Fighters learned on August 27 that the Fighters are planning to ask Hideki Kuriyama to return in 2016. Since moving to Hokkaido in 2004, the Fighters have had three different managers: Trey Hillman (four years, 2004-2007), Masataka Nashida (four years, 2008-2011), and Kuriyama (four years, 2012-present).
