Senichi Hoshino likes Inter-league games and thinks it's good for the game.  He also feels the Inter-league schedule should be split into spring and fall.

"I think the addition of Inter-league games was great.  I also like the Climax [Series].  So what is next?  That is what I am wondering," said Hoshino.

He continued, "They should split the Inter-league games into spring and fall. ... I cannot help but feel that [the current scheduling system] is not very effective. ... If you play some [Inter-league] games in the fall, it would make the Climax Series races interesting and would give the games more meaning.  That would also help increase attendance."
