Konami issued a press release today and announced that started selling Powerful Pro Yakyu 2013 World Baseball Classic through the App Store (iPhone4 or better, iOS5 and up) and Google Play (Android OS 2.3.8 and up) in Japan on Tuesday.  The game will also be released in North America, Korea, and Taiwan (in that order).

Konami announced today that they will be supporters of both the 2013 World Baseball Classic (March 2 - 19) and of Samurai Japan (long-term).

Konami is the third company to step forward as official sponsors of Samurai Japan.  The other two are Mizuno and Asahi Beer.
