The Orix Buffaloes and Softbank Hawks announced today that they will play a turn-back-the-clock series that celebrates their ties to Osaka when they were known as the Kintetsu Buffaloes and Nankai Hawks.  Commemorative items will be available for purchase, special guests will make appearances, and food menu items from the 1980s will return.  Players will also wear retro uniforms during the games -- Kintentsu uniforms that were used between 1978-1996 and Nankai uniforms that were used between 1984-1988.
