The Seibu Lions are looking into thirty-three-year-old outfielder Ryan Spilborghs.
The Lions already have Jose Ortiz and Esteban German set to return next season. However, they will be lacking a bit from the right-side of the plate: Hiroyuki Nakajima is leaving the team via free agency and Takeya Nakamura might not be able to return until some time in June.
If Seibu signs Spilborghs, he could end up being the fifth foreign player on the seventy-man roster (Brian Sikorski no longer takes up a foreign player spot).
