Yokohama didn't re-sign Randolph after the end of the season last year and returned this year after passing tryouts in May.  Randolph had a number of chance to pitch at Ni-gun, but didn't perform well enough to make it back to the active roster (4 G, 0-2, 18 IP, 18 H, 3 HR, 3 BB, 8 SO, 10 R, 10 ER).

UPDATE @ 4:59pm - Daily Sports is reporting that Yokohama placed Randolph on waivers.
